We publish general guidance about where Blaine County criminal records are held and how to request them from the sheriff's records unit, the courts that hear criminal cases, the Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification repository, and the Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing we collect about visitors is assembled into consumer reports or records about third parties.
